CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel an order scheduled for pickup or delivery, please contact the store at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup with your request.
Within 24 hours of the pickup time or delivery, no cancelations will be accepted. Same day orders are also unable to be canceled.

I was nervous about using this service because the recipient was staying at a hotel and didn't know it was coming, so there might be complications. But the gift was placed at the recipient's room door, a picture was sent, and for a moment where I wasn't sure if it had been done, the customer service texted me back asap answering all my questions.
